Teng-Feng Fish Ball has been in business for nearly 60 years, since 1950. In addition to pioneering one of the 4 most representative fish balls in Taiwan, the "Danshui Fish Ball". We also invented the Danshui Fish Fry, both are highly popular Danshui delicacies and both have great influence over the diet culture of Danshui. Teng-Feng has also created the first fish ball museum in Taiwan for the public; the museum introduces the common diet culture as well as promotes marine and fishery knowledge.
