In June 1996, a research and development team with several decades of fermentation expertise created the Kokumori Corporation in the Minxiong Industrial District in Jiayi, with the principles of "Quality", "Technology", "Honesty" and "Service".
We have launched vinegar and Japanese seasoning related fermented products. We insist on the quality of "natural, healthy and original flavor" and the natural fermenting technique.
