The owner of Hu De Hui Company has been involved with the mullet roe processing business for more than 50 years, hence he decided to integrate the food business into the diverse family businesses. Through the development of Taiwanese economy, the traditional industry has gradually declined, the owner, Mr. Lin's love for passing down the heritage and Taiwanese tradition, has led him to expand the factory and created the "A-Ten" brand. With more professional and more hygienic conditions, A-Ten intends to deep root in Taiwan and expand to the global market, hoping to market "Taiwanese Mullet Roe" to the rest of the world, thereby making it the most representative fishery product of Taiwan.
 The history of mullet roe is long and the production process is unique and interesting. The general pubic is able to learn the production process of mullet roe. The company has integrated the unique history of mullet roe into the excursion courses of elementary students. In addition to the light box display of interesting stories on mullet roe, there is also the detailed explanation on the production process film, after which there is also a prize giving pop quiz, in order to increase the studying interest of the students. For group tourists, we also offer actual DIY experience, so that people who are interested in participating in the production process of mullet roe will have an opportunity to try out their skills, and make their own DIY mullet roe, the finished goods will be sent to the visitors homes after they are air-dried.

Mullet roe is unique in flavor; it leaves a lasting aroma in the mouth after consumption.
Not only is it favored by Taiwanese people, but also treasured by the Japanese as the
ultimate in delicacy. The production of mullet roe is intricate and laborious, from the fresh
mullet roe to finished product, the process involves cleaning, blood draining, immerse in
salt, wash off salt, reshape, dry and completion. The production process requires mostly
manual labor, requiring at least 5 days of production time.
