 Ma's Noodle factory is proud to be able to preserve the traditional noodle making technique of Shamen; only the purest quality water from Kinmen is used, coupled with the unique local climate, and naturally dried by the sun and wind, to present the unique flavor of Kinmen noodles.
The noodles are not too salty, instead they are aromatic and highly elastic, truly a hometown flavor; visitors are free to taste the delicious noodles. The tourism factory serves the multipurpose of production, exhibition, tourism and guided tours, which in turn enhances the culture of Kinmen noodles and promote tourism.
