Peng Zu Seafood Processing Plant |

 Peng Zu is situated in the Chikan Village of Baisha Town, Penghu County; the sea region in the vicinity is unpolluted and abundant in fish stock, especially lilac fish. During the harvesting season, people would flock here to purchase Chikan lilac fish due to its outstanding quality. Peng Zu Food is mainly involved in the processing of seafood, with natural, unique raw materials that come from Penghu, together with the exclusive seasoning recipe. The production is fully automated, producing products such as seaweed soup sachets; the patent of the product is pending, and the product has been awarded the "Elite Award" by the ROC Consumers Association.

The wild seaweed gathered from the unpolluted waters of Penghu is natural green in color
and rich in nutrition. The product is produced by processing, drying and condensing, it is
convenient to prepare and consume, simply by adding boiled water (320cc of water per
sachet), the taste is delicious and sweet.
In order to satisfy the diverse needs of the consumers, 4 different flavors are developed:
fish, shrimp, mushroom, sesame seaweed soup sachet; vegetarians are able to try the
mushroom and sesame flavors.
