By entering the factory, the rugged steel wires give birth to the spring bed with the assistance of fully automated machinery. Strings of neat springs are connected tightly together through standardized procedures, so that the elasticity of each spring remains optimal. Hundreds of springs are connected to one another to form a supremely elastic supporting frame; rows of springs form the basic shape of the bed. After the bed cover is put on and stitched to the bed, the bed is then checked for the correct softness/hardness in order to produce the premium quality beds.
