 This is Taiwan's first fermenting whisky distiller; currently, whisky in Taiwan is either directly imported from overseas, or is produced by purchasing base spirit from abroad; no whisky is produced in domestically.
King Car's Yuan Shan distiller insists in production in Taiwan, and purchases the already roasted barley from Scotland, which is then ground, saccharified, fermented, distilled, matured and formulated, in terms of flavor it is one of a kind.
